Internet Timecard is offered at a low monthly rate for unlimited users - no per user fees.

Internet Timecard is essentially a time clock allowing users to log in to mark their times.

Each user has their own area where they can review their timecard records.

The system can be run in optional Timecard Mode. This allows users to fill in a time card as opposed to logging in and out to mark their time.

Calculates time "on the clock" to the minute. Little or no maintenance is required to prepare payroll.

The Timecard Administrator has access to an "In-Out Board" where they can see who is clocked in and when.

Internet Timecard records the IP address where users log in from.

Users can be setup to take a standard lunch each day (for example 45 minutes) or they can be setup to log in and out for lunch.

Internet Timecard can be used as a gateway to another system, for example a company Intranet.

Payroll reports can be edited (adding a time off set for example) prior to submitting the report to the payroll service.
